The Cost Effective
Alternative To Suspended Ceiling Replacement

Suspended Ceilings
Suspended Ceilings Restored in Situ
Replacing suspended ceilings isn't just expensive, it is also distruptive. An entire floor may need clearing and there is the threat of falling debris .. not to mention fall-out from dust and air-borne filth.
Professional Suspended Celing Renewers
Suspended ceilings are expensive to have installed. We restore them in situ at a fraction of the cost of a new ceiling, offering you typical savings of around 50-80%.
Our processes cause less disruption than replacement and avoid the hazards and disadvantages of painting.
Based in Nottingham and established in 1983, we have treated over a million square metres of suspended ceilings.
We are specialists in suspended ceiling cleaning, suspended ceiling spraying, and suspended ceiling restoration.
Though based in Nottingham, we have clients across the UK, ranging from international finance, retail, and hotel groups to government departments and one-off shops and offices.
We offer the logical alternative to suspended ceiling replacement.
Two of the main products we utilise are Fissure-Tex and Fissure-Clean. Fissure-Tex is the acoustic coating used for the restoration of discoloured mineral fibre suspended ceilings. It will restore the colour of both tiles and gridwork and is available in white or most colours to order. Fissure-Clean is used for maintenance cleaning of mineral fibre ceilings. Gridwork and ventilation grilles are cleaned at the same time. Fissure-Clean will not adversely affect fire rating or acoustic value. Fissure-Clean has a sanitising effect on the surface of suspended ceilings and helps to give a brighter, healthier environment.
We use Spa-Coat and Spa-Clean on steel, plastic and aluminium suspended ceilings.

LSE
Preservation Waterproofing, Damp Proofing, Preservation, Conservation UK
LSE Preservation Limited have 21 years worth of experience. We have built up a reputation for supplying a very honest and professional service. As an independent company, we can choose the appropriate products to suit the large variety of properties we are called on to survey, whether it be for sympathetic targeted timber treatment or damp-proofing to a listed building, waterproofing to cellars, basements and vaults or specifying new cavity wall ties through to Helifix structural reinforcement and repair to single homes or for a whole housing estate, flats or bridges.
We have a wide client base,
ranging from private householders to building contractors, local authorities,
housing associations, architects, surveyors and conservation officers. All our
staff are fully qualified in their trade and are the first in the country to
be working towards NVQ standards in Damp-Proofing, Timber Treatment and wall
tie installation. Ian MacLennan is currently the only accredited NVQ assessor
and is actively promoting the NVQ through trade organisations and institutes
to set the standard for the industry. Our surveyors and waterproofing technicians
have passed exams at the British School of Waterproofing for the specification
and installation of underground-water-proofing systems, which means we are one
of the few companies that can give GPT underwritten guarantees for work in cellars
and basements.
All our staff attend regular training courses, covering our services as well
as
Health & Safety.
This is supported by in-house
training, which we believe is vitally important, as the quality of our service
and workmanship is the true guarantee in resolving the problem with the environment
and conservation in mind. All our staff are fully employed and trained. We do
not use Any sub - contractors for our very specialist work. Our goal is to give
value for money and total customer satisfaction on every contract. As members
of the British Wood Preserving and Damp Proofing Association, we carry out our
work to a strict Code of Practice and are independently inspected periodically.
All our guarantees are independently insured or underwritten where required.
An essential requirement of the continuing maintenance and development of the
company's quality objectives is the installation of a Quality System registered
to ISO 9000 status.
